Winners catalogue — every validated Wildhorn static ad
Generated from the spec files (sam-batch/s1specs.py…s4specs.py, s3fixspecs.py, batch-0N/bNspecs.py, batch-01/json|specs), validated.json, sell_override.json, calls.jsonl and stats_run1.json, then annotated with Adrien's Loom verdicts. 162 validated ads: Sam batch 83 (S1–S83) + run 1 79 (#1–#79). Live gallery: https://blueprint.machineroom.app/all-ads
How to use it: before cloning a new template, search this file for the same template brand or the same format (split, doll, thermal, meme, starter pack, offer card…) and reuse the angle/copy pattern that already won. The 'Final copy' is the text of the last spec that produced the sell version; when the sell version is an earlier try (sell_override), the copy of that try is shown.
Template filename = <date>_<cNNNN>_<template brand>; the Sam number = position of the template in the sorted sam-batch/templates/ folder.
Part 1 — Sam batch (83/83 validated, 59 on the first try = 71.1 %)
Columns per ad: template → angle → engine path → what we changed (template DNA swap) → why it works → final copy → tries / verdict history.
S1 — 09-14_c0003_Mars-Men.png
- Angle: A1 Beer belly (inches, flipped) · Engine: openai → fallback seedream_comp
- Why the template works: Size insecurity + a row of objects growing in size = 'inches' at a glance. Their product sells MORE inches (blood flow). Ours sells FEWER inches at the waist → flip the progression: the row shrinks.
- What we changed (DNA): Bananas = their penis-size innuendo (A7) → re-derived for our angle: brown leather belts buckled in loops, shrinking from big to small. Their 2 bottles → our 2 jars (Buy 1 Get 1).
- Scene logic: Clean white studio, products bottom right — applies.
- Final copy: Small bold caps: "WISHING YOU HAD A FEW" ‖ Huge black: "FEWER" / "INCHES?" ‖ Subline: "Melt stubborn beer belly fat with the 4-organ formula trusted by 50,000+ men" ‖ Tiny bottom-left: "*Results may vary"
- Tries: 1 image(s); spec rounds R1; calls: openai; sell version = try 1
- Verdict: ✅ Validated (first try) — Validated first try (Sam Loom 1: 'great').

- Angle: A1 Beer belly + GLP-1 (fused) · Engine: openai → fallback seedream_comp
- Why the template works: Two portraits of the same man: drained after GLP-1 vs sharp with the product. Same audience and angle as ours (research: GLP-1 depletion) → keep their words (A6).
- What we changed (DNA): Mars tube → our jar between them; GLP-1 face → beer belly torso.
- Scene logic: Illustrated poster — applies.
- Final copy: Left label, black bold caps: "BEER BELLY" / "AFTER 40" ‖ Right label, orange bold caps: "AFTER 40" / "WITH" / "WILDHORN"
- Tries: 2 image(s); spec rounds R1 → R2; calls: openai, openai; sell version = try 2
- Verdict: ✅ Validated (redo 1) — Sam Loom 1: 'didn't go on the beer belly angle' -> A14 fusion redo (waist-up, belly = before/after) validated.
S3 — 09-14_c0010_Mars-Men.png

- Scene logic: Kraft-paper backdrop, centered product — applies.

- Angle: A1 Beer belly (identity) · Engine: pure_comp
- Why the template works: Text-only recruitment post: calls out an excuse men hide behind and turns it into identity ('isn't a personality') + brand slogan pun. Ours: the 'dad bod' excuse; keep 't up or shut up' — our label literally says Natural Testosterone Support.
- What we changed (DNA): Pure text on solid orange. Only the excuse changes.
- Scene logic: No scene.
- Final copy: "we want 5 men who realized that “it's just a dad bod” isn't a personality." ‖ "wildhorn. t up or shut up." ‖ "are u one of them?"

Part 2 — Run 1 (79/79 final after 9 batches, 0 % first try)
Run 1 = batch-01 (79 templates from Adrien's zip, sorted into 9 concept families, angles spread A1–A5) then batches 02–09 redoing every rejected ad after each Loom (L2–L9 = feedback/loom-bN.txt; L1 = batch-01 review, no transcript). Final PNGs: run1-final/Wildhorn_01..79.png and ~/Downloads/Wildhorn-Final-Ads/. The B1 headline was imposed by rule R9 (research headlines) — the reason run 1 started at 0 %.
Note: stats_run1.json lists B8 as final for ads that have a B9 (batch-09 has no meta.json); the true final is the last batch shown below, except #74 (Adrien kept B8).

- Final (B5): angle A1 Beer belly = estrogen
- Why / what changed: Loom 4: B4 drew an ARM while we sell belly/man boobs — off-angle. Root cause: I copied the template's body part instead of decoding it. The template's arm = THEIR problem zone. Their problem body part: upper arm. Ours: belly. Import nothing but the style.

- Final copy: Top text, bold white with shadow: "Only one of them is pregnant."
- Rounds: B1 → B2
- Verdict history: L2 good — pure visual joke.

- Final (B5): angle A1 Beer belly (love handles)
- Why / what changed: Loom 4: follow the example more — the template's RESULT panel still has a small soft orange glow on the love handles. B4 dropped it. DNA: Their visual code: orange glow = where fat is being burned, present on every panel including the result (smaller). Keep that code exactly.
- Final copy: Headline: "DISSOLVES LOVE HANDLES &" / "BEER BELLY " + blue "BY DAY 21" ‖ Panel labels: "DAY 6" · "DAY 12" · "DAY 21" ‖ Footnote: "*Individual results may vary"

- Final (B3): angle A1 Beer belly = estrogen
- Why / what changed: 'The visible symptom is not the problem, the hidden cause is.' The product literally hangs from the symptom (a chin hair). Ours hangs from the belly: the belt buckle.
- Final copy: Text block: "THE BEER BELLY IS" / "NOT THE PROBLEM." / white on orange #E0662C box "THE ESTROGEN" / "DRIVING IT IS."
- Rounds: B1 → B3
- Verdict history: L3 'really great job' — same sentence, symptom→beer belly, cause→estrogen, jar hangs from the belt buckle.

- Final (B3): angle A1 Beer belly (cheeky)
- Why / what changed: 'Edibles are fun. Brain fog isn't.' — concede the pleasure, attack its consequence; the split organ shows it. Ours: beer is fun, the beer belly isn't.
- Final copy: Headline: "BEER IS FUN." ‖ Orange banner: "BEER BELLY ISN'T." ‖ Badge: "BUY 1" / "GET 1" / "FREE" ‖ Button: "Stay lean with Wildhorn →"

I’m estrogen and I’m staying." ‖ Bottom badge: "BIOLOGY. NOT WILLPOWER."
- Final (B5): angle A1 Beer belly = estrogen
- Why / what changed: Loom 4: perfect text and image. Only mistake: the badge 'The Wild Bison Lab' copied the template's BRAND logo slot ('Angry Nose Lab' = their brand). Their brand → our brand. DNA: Their product: nasal spray; their brand logo = 'The Angry Nose Lab' sticker top-left. That sticker slot = OUR brand logo, not an invented lab.
- Final copy: Sticker badge: WILDHORN wordmark ‖ Headline: "YOU'RE" / red "NOT" / "FAT." / red "YOUR BELLY" / "IS ESTROGEN." ‖ Sticky note: "THE REAL PROBLEM" ‖ Dark box: "Most fat burners are helping with the wrong problem." ‖ Callout 1: "✖ ESTROGEN FAT" / "Hormones keep refilling your belly." ‖ Callout 2: "✔ NOT JUST BEER" / "Cutting beer alone won't fix it." ‖ Speech bubble: "I'm not beer. I'm estrogen. And I'm staying." ‖ Bottom badge: "SCIENCE. NOT GUESSWORK." / "Real causes. Real solutions."
- Rounds: B1 → B3 → B4 → B5
- Verdict history: 5 rounds: text mismatch + no visible beer belly + logo replaced by a product photo (L3) → copied their 'Lab' brand slot (L4) → B5 our mark in the sticker slot: 'perfect, good job' (L5).

- Final (B3): angle A1 Beer belly = estrogen
- Why / what changed: Mock obituary of the enemy hormone, the product is the killer. Same joke with estrogen; spilled beer instead of coffee.
- Final copy: Headline: "ESTROGEN" / red "WAS FOUND" / "DEAD." ‖ Puck label: "ESTROGEN" ‖ Small: "CAUSE OF DEATH:" ‖ Red box: "WILD BISON ORGANS"

- Why / what changed: 'This X is putting [known rival] out of the game.' Minoxidil works because everyone knows what it's for. Our avatar knows T-boosters.
- Final copy: Headline: "THIS JAR IS PUTTING" / big red "T-BOOSTERS" / "OUT OF THE GAME"
- Rounds: B1 → B3
- Verdict history: L3 'really great implementation… apply everywhere' — one word swapped (T-boosters).

- Final (B4): angle A4 I tested 3
- Why / what changed: Loom: the hair ribbon made no sense — hair symbolized THEIR product (hair care). Every element that symbolizes the template's product must become a symbol of OUR result: a measuring tape (waist).
- Final copy: Line 1: "❌ Not beef liver." ‖ Line 2: "❌ Not tongkat." ‖ Line 3: "❌ Not a fat burner." ‖ Green line: "✅ 4 wild bison organs that fight belly fat at the hormone root." ‖ Tiny footnote: "*These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA."

- Final (B3): angle A4 Organ system
- Why / what changed: This template IS our mechanism (organs working together). Same angle as the template → keep their words, swap 6 for 4.
- Final copy: Headline: "Your testosterone depends on 4 organs working together." ‖ Purple line: "Bison organs support all 4 at once." ‖ Body: "Bison liver, kidney, heart, testicle." / "The nutrition your doctor skips." ‖ Tag: "BUY 1 GET 1 FREE"

- Final (B4): angle A1 Beer belly (customer's body) — v2
- Why / what changed: Loom: the idea was much better; the pig wasn't mandatory — try an upgrade. v2 uses the phrase he already says about himself: 'dad bod'.
- Final copy: Headline: "FROM “DAD BOD”" / "TO “BISON BOD”" ‖ Arrow text: "All thanks to this"
- Rounds: B1 → B3 → B4

- Final (B4): angle A1 Beer belly (cheeky) — v2
- Why / what changed: Loom: make another version with everything learned. v2 adds the research's third-party proof (she notices before he says a word) and stays cheeky.
- Final copy: Small top: "It's actual biology." ‖ Headline: "NOT A FAT BURNER" ‖ Callouts: "Belly flatter by week 3" / "Puffy chest firms up" / "She notices first" / "Belt down a notch by day 21" ‖ Bottom strip: "Shuts off the beer belly — Buy 1 Get 1 Free"

- Final (B4): angle A5 Anti-waste
- Why / what changed: 'It's all in here' + ingredient labels around an open tub = one product replaces a pantry. Ours replaces the 12-pill stack.
- Final copy: Headline: "It's all in here" ‖ Left labels (small 'Wild' above each): "Bison Liver" / "Bison Kidney" / "Bison Heart" / "Bison Testicle" / "Vitamin A" ‖ Right labels (small 'Natural' above each): "Zinc" / "Selenium" / "B12" / "CoQ10" / "Iron" ‖ Bottom line 1: "4 wild organs. #33 — template c0068 · family 5 Origin / ranch / real food
- B1 (first try): A3 Wild vs farmed —
- Final (B4): angle A3 Wild vs farmed
- Why / what changed: No text, no product: a majestic wild animal portrait that says 'wild' on its own. Template has no product → we add none (Adrien on #22).
- Final copy: (no text — image only)
- Rounds: B1 → B4
- Verdict history: L4 (no product, wild animal portrait).

- B1 (first try): A1 Beer belly = estrogen — Banner: "MEET YOUR 4 JOBS." ‖ Subline: "Liver makes it. Kidney protects it. Heart burns the belly. Testicle feeds it." ‖ Button: "KNOW YOUR SOURCE"
- Final (B4): angle A3 Wild vs farmed
- Why / what changed: 'Meet your brisket' = the animal IS the product (meat texture on the cow). Ours: the wild bison is made of capsules — know your source.
- Final copy: Banner: "MEET YOUR CAPSULE." ‖ Subline: "One wild bison. Liver, kidney, heart, testicle." / "Nothing else." ‖ Button: "KNOW YOUR BISON"
- Rounds: B1 → B4

- B1 (first try): A5 Anti-waste — Green banner: "ONE BISON." / "FOUR ORGANS." ‖ Small: "ZERO FILLERS. DONE." ‖ Small logo text: "WILDHORN"
- Final (B7): angle A3 Wild vs farmed
- Why / what changed: Loom 6: B6 is clear but lost what made the template a winner (the billboard is MADE OF the product). Goal: real organs, and clear. Combine: slab made of the real organs (B4 principle) + labels so it reads instantly (B6 clarity). DNA: Their product: jerky; the slab is their product itself. Ours: the slab is made of our real organs, labelled.
- Final copy: Green banner: "ONE BISON." / "FOUR ORGANS." ‖ Tags: "HEART" · "LIVER" · "KIDNEY" · "TESTICLE" ‖ Small: "NO FILLERS. DONE."
- Rounds: B1 → B4 → B5 → B6 → B7
- Verdict history: 6 rounds: organ chunks disgusting (L4) → capsule wall not instantly organs (L5) → butcher chart clear but lost 'billboard made of the product' (L6) → B7 slab of real organs + tags: 'really understood the game' (L7).

- Final (B5): angle A5 Anti-waste
- Why / what changed: Loom 4: brisket in the background — that's THEIR product's content, not ours. DNA: Their product: brisket slabs, shown flanking the bag = the literal content. Our literal content = capsules with bison organs inside. Never their food.
- Final copy: Headline: "IT'S A BISON IN A JAR." ‖ Quote: "“If you swallow 12 pills every morning and your gut still hasn't moved, the answer isn't another bottle.”" ‖ "My answer?" ‖ Big: "WILD BISON ORGANS" ‖ "from Wildhorn." ‖ White button: "SHOP THE JAR"

#37 — template c0188 · family 5 Origin / ranch / real food
- B1 (first try): A3 Wild vs farmed — Text: "WHAT CAME FROM THE WILD" / "IS WHAT GOES IN" (white) then "THE JAR" (yellow)
- Final (B5): angle A3 Wild vs farmed
- Why / what changed: Loom 4: well adapted but it looked like the bison was killed or that it was bison poop. Colostrum can be 'milked'; organs can't. The viewer must instantly read 'bison ORGANS'. DNA: Their product: colostrum, literally milked from a living cow. Ours: freeze-dried organs. Show recognizable organ pieces with labels, the bison alive and majestic far in the background.
- Final copy: Text: "WHAT CAME FROM THE BISON" / "IS WHAT GOES IN" (white) then "THE JAR" (yellow) ‖ Tags: "LIVER" · "HEART" · "KIDNEY" · "TESTICLE"
- Rounds: B1 → B4 → B5
- Verdict history: L4: looked like a killed bison / bison poop → B5 rancher board of tagged organs + living bison: 'great job showing the product' (L5).

- Final (B5): angle A1 Beer belly (precise rival + precise problem)
- Why / what changed: Loom 4: '12 pills every morning, belt never moved' is vague. The template names a CLEAR rival product (energy drinks) and a CLEAR, specific problem (cleaning my apartment). Ours: fat burners + buttoning my jeans. DNA: Template formula: '[number] [rival product] a day just to [ridiculous everyday task]. Then [our product].' Fill every slot concretely.
- Final copy: Quote (white bold caps): "“3 FAT BURNERS A DAY" / "JUST TO BUTTON MY JEANS." / "THEN WILD BISON ORGANS.”" ‖ Highlighted (pink box): "THAT'S" / "WILDHORN."
- Rounds: B1 → B4 → B5

- Final (B6): angle A1 Beer belly
- Why / what changed: Loom 5: still not visual enough. The viewer must SEE a heart, a liver, a kidney falling into the jar, plus capsules with organs inside. DNA: Their product: chocolate shake pour. Ours: four clean, glossy, recognizable bison organs with their real anatomical silhouettes — a heart, a liver, a kidney and a testicle — looking premium like a high-end food photo, not raw or bloody falling with capsules.
- Final copy: Text: "Down 2 belt notches" / "(so far)" / "with Wildhorn." ‖ Small: "— the 21-day belt test" ‖ Tags: "HEART" · "LIVER" · "KIDNEY" · "TESTICLE" ‖ Stats: "4" wild organs | "0" fillers | "60" day guarantee
- Rounds: B1 → B4 → B5 → B6

- Final (B5): angle A2 Man boobs
- Why / what changed: Loom 4: a plain capsule is too generic — show the bison organs inside the capsule. Next-level visual thinking: make the invisible ingredient visible. DNA: Their product: jerky strip held in hand (the food itself). Ours: a TRANSPARENT capsule through which you clearly see tiny real pieces of dark-red bison liver, heart and kidney packed inside.
- Final copy: Headline: "A SUPPLEMENT THAT" / "DOESN'T SOFTEN" / "YOUR CHEST" ‖ Band: "WILD BISON ORGANS. NO HERBS. NOTHING ELSE." ‖ Tags: "REAL BISON ORGANS" / "NO HERBS" / "FLATTER CHEST"

- B1 (first try): A3 Wild vs farmed — Headline: "FOR STEAK GUYS" ‖ Subline: "WHO SKIP THE WILD PART." ‖ Price: crossed "$100" → "$49.95"
- Final (B5): angle A1 Beer belly
- Why / what changed: Names the audience by its habit and adds the twist they care about ('for weed smokers who like to stay sharp'); the habit object becomes a sketched airplane (high); price drop at the bottom. DNA: Their product: mushroom coffee; the joint = their AUDIENCE's habit (not their product) → swap for our audience's habit: beer.
- Final copy: Headline: "FOR BEER LOVERS" ‖ Subline: "WHO LIKE TO STAY LEAN." ‖ Price: crossed "$100" → "$49.95"
- Rounds: B1 → B5

- Final (B5): angle A1 Beer belly
- Why / what changed: Same angle as the template ('Tame your stubborn belly') → keep their words. Product as a superhero holding the price, a sad belly character beside it. DNA: Their product: coffee pouch with a face. Our jar must stay an exact replica: give it arms, legs and a cape, determined cartoon eyes only on the black lid. Sad character = a little round beer-belly blob crying.
- Final copy: Arched headline: "Tame Your Stubborn Belly" ‖ Sign: "$49.95" + crossed "$100" / "SPECIAL PRICE"
- Rounds: B1 → B5
- Verdict history: L5 'perfect'.

- Final (B5): angle A5 Anti-waste
- Why / what changed: 'Replace 16 supplements with one daily drink' = Primal Edge's anti-stack angle exactly. Keep their words, our numbers. DNA: Their product: powder drink + shaker + stick packs. Never import the shaker or sticks. Ours: two jars + organ capsules.
- Final copy: Top: WILDHORN wordmark ‖ Headline: "Replace 12 supplements" / "with one wild jar." ‖ Subline: "4 wild bison organs. One simple ritual." ‖ Button: "SHOP WILDHORN" ‖ Circle: "BUY 1" / "GET 1"
